ok so these two are the closest thing to each other on the whole glow up app list. both are challenges, both keep a streak, both want you to actually do the thing instead of saving another video. the difference is who picks the challenges, whether there's a selfie, and whether you pay.

Glow 75 facts are from [its US App Store listing](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6780501792), checked 2026-10-29. Baddie Meter facts are from this site today.

## where Glow 75 wins

- **structure.** a set plan for 75 days, at three difficulty levels. you never have to decide what to do today.
- **an actual app.** it lives on your phone, with milestones on days 7, 25 and 50.
- **an AI coach** for skincare and habit questions.
- **pause without losing your streak.** that's genuinely nice.
- **more languages.** we're English only.

## where the Baddie Meter wins

- **price.** free. no week-by-week subscription.
- **no selfie.** it never asks for a photo, so there's no score of your face to feel weird about.
- **wider than skincare.** it covers how you text, how you walk into a room, your fit and flirting, not only routines. each category caps at 20, so you can't hit 100 on glam alone.
- **you choose.** pick 5 at a time from the whole deck, at the level you're ready for: easy, takes nerve, or the one you'll put off.
