Old money baddie

the look

quiet and tailored. navy, cream, camel, forest green, white. pleated trousers, a crisp shirt, a knit tied over the shoulders, a trench, loafers. no logos. the quality is the logo. it doesn't need to be expensive, it needs to fit and be steamed.

the face

polished but not "done". even skin, a neutral matte or satin lid, defined lashes, a soft brown or rosy liner with a sheer lip. a red lip for the evening, with a matching liner, blotted.

hair and nails

a bouncy blowout with volume at the root. or a low bun with a velvet bow. nails short, rounded or squoval, sheer pink, nude or a deep burgundy.

the attitude

composed. talks slowly. never says what anything cost. writes thank-you notes. has never once said "it was on sale" out loud, even when it was lol.
