Alternatives to the Glow 75 glow up challenge app, from their own App Store pages: free or paid, with or without a selfie score, and who should stay.

Glow 75 is a 75-day glow up challenge app: a soft, medium or hard daily plan, check-ins, streaks, an AI coach and a "Glow Score" from a selfie. it's a free download and the plans are $7.99 a week, with yearly plans listed at $22.99 and $34.99 (its US App Store listing, checked 2026-10-29).

ok so if you're here, something about it isn't working for you. usually it's one of three things: the weekly price, the selfie every check-in, or 75 days of somebody else's plan. here's what to use instead, depending on which one it is.

the alternatives

alternative why you'd switch selfie or face scan price
the Baddie Meter (ours) you pick your own challenges, score out of 100, free never free
the 7-Day Baddie Reset (ours) a set daily plan, but 7 days, not 75 never $19 once
Glim calm morning and night rituals, no streaks to break not mentioned in its listing $7.99 a month or $39.99 a year
UGlow adds workouts, a meal logger and macros yes, a face scan progress tracker $8.99 a month or $62.99 a year
YouGlow plans built from face and body scans yes $3.99 a week up to $29.99 a year

app facts are from each app's own US App Store listing, checked 2026-10-29. prices can change by region.

if it's the price: the Baddie Meter

the Baddie Meter is free. it has 68 challenges across attitude, glam, fit, social and flirt, worth 3, 5 or 8 points each, and each category counts for 20 max, so 100 means you did all five. one a day keeps your streak, like Glow 75.

what you give up: the daily plan (you choose your own challenges), the AI coach, reminders, and the app itself, since ours is a website. full side by side: Baddie Meter vs Glow 75.

if it's the selfie: anything without a scan

Glow 75's score comes from a selfie check-in. the Meter never asks for a photo, and Glim's listing doesn't mention one. UGlow and YouGlow both use face scans, so they don't fix this. more here: glow up apps without a face scan.

if it's the 75 days: the 7-Day Baddie Reset

75 days is a lot of days. the 7-Day Baddie Reset is 7 lessons, one a day: how you text, a 15-minute face, your walk, your closet, your nerve, and a maintenance calendar. it adds 10 challenges to your Meter. $19 once, lesson 1 is free, and there's a 14-day refund by email. no subscription to cancel.

who should stay on Glow 75

honestly, stay if the structure is the thing that works for you. a set plan for 75 days, three difficulty levels, a selfie score to watch, milestones and a pause that doesn't break your streak is a lot of hand-holding, and some people need exactly that. nothing we make is a 75-day plan, and we don't have an AI coach or reminders.

the girls who get it get it. the girls who don't just need a different tool 🎀
